First Wednesday - Time to "Recharge"
Come as you are and simply rest and receive divine healing energy. No process. No effort. No self-healing work required. Just rest in the field while we hold the space and the healing moves for you. Main Purpose: Taking the time to recharge in a space of divine love.
Third Wednesday - Time to "Elevate"
A more interactive experience with live Q&A with Tammy and Lisa, divine healing around specific themes, teachings, or spiritual activations. Main Purpose: To participate, learn and elevate your divine healing experience.

Group Healing Membership
In a world filled with constant demands and overstimulation, these sacred group healings are an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and receive the support your mind, body, soul, and energetic system deeply need. All gatherings are held live online. We offer two membership experiences Recharge and Elevate, each designed to support you through Spirit-guided healing, restoration, and deeper energetic alignment.
Before each gathering, Tammy and Lisa intentionally prepare the energetic space by clearing, setting space, and raising the vibration to create a sacred environment for the divine to enter for healing and transformation. From the comfort of your own home, you will be held within your own unique divine space, aligned specifically with your soul’s energy, allowing you to fully relax and receive in a way that feels deeply personal and energetically supportive. There is no need to be concerned about others energy interfering with your own.
This is a space to exhale, to be held, and to reconnect with yourself and with something greater than you. Come gather with us, recharge and elevate your spiritual experience. The divine will do the rest.

Non-interactive - just rest and recharge
Come exactly as you are and allow yourself to simply rest. These sessions are designed for effortless healing. No focus, process, or self-work required. We hold the field for you so your body and spirit can soften, regulate, and recharge naturally. Whether you're carrying physical discomfort, emotional weight, or spiritual fatigue, you don't have to navigate it alone. This is a place to set everything down and be supported without effort or expectation. Come sit, lie down, breathe… and see what begins to change.
We will begin with a welcome introduction and message from Spirit. Then we will move into the sacred meditative healing space set for you. An important part of self-care involves taking the time to unplug from daily activities, to reset your nervous system and to rebalance from life stressors. This time recharges our electrical currents, vital energy and creates space for the body, mind and soul to heal.
This call will not be recorded so you can completely relax and enjoy the energy. You will not be on camera or microphone. You just need to be able to hear us. That means there is no need to be concerned about bodily noises...farts are funny. Just want to make sure you are still reading. We hope this made you smile, because life is often way too serious.

Elevate Group Healing is a sacred space to reconnect, recharge, and rise into greater alignment with your soul. Through spirit- guided energetic healing, you are supported in releasing stress, restoring balance, and opening to deeper levels of clarity, peace, and remembrance. In the midst of busy lives and constant demands, Elevate offers a moment to pause, exhale, receive, and reconnect with yourself within a supportive collective field.
We will begin with a welcome introduction before Tammy and Lisa intuitively follow the guidance of the Divine and the needs of the group in that moment. No two gatherings are exactly alike. The experience may flow into healing around a specific theme or life challenge, energetic activations, Spirit-guided teachings, live Q&A, or even individual spotlight healing opportunities.
These gathering are designed to create space for deeper spiritual connection, expanded awareness, personal transformation, and meaningful energetic support within a sacred and supportive environment. Since these sessions are more interactive and experiential in nature, participants may have opportunities to engage through audio or camera if they feel called to do so. To help preserve the integrity, safety, and openness of the space, these gatherings will not be recorded.

if you are ready to actively engage in your healing journey with intention and personal responsibility. If you feel called to explore more deeply, participate in guided practices and teachings, and gently move beyond old patterns within a conscious community. If you are willing to show up consistently, reflect honestly, and partner with the process — not to be fixed, but to return to deeper alignment with your divine nature.
Elevate Group Healing may not be for you if:
• unwilling to be open, reflective, or accountable for your own growth
• wanting others to "fix" you without participating in your own healing
• needing 1:1 therapeutic or crisis level support instead of group work
• uncomfortable with spiritual or intuitive language and frameworks
• expecting therapy, diagnosis, or clinical mental health treatment
• expecting guaranteed outcomes or instant results

What is Group Healing, exactly?
At Awestruck Healing Arts, LLC we offer an ongoing healing membership where you can choose between two options:
Recharge is where you can join us online for relaxation and healing, without any interaction (no microphone or camera needed).
Elevate is the group you are looking for if you want to interact with Tammy and Lisa while receiving healing, teaching, guidance and unique healing experiences.
Both are designed to provide a compassionate place to rest and recharge, while being more balanced and more connected to you.
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
Even though Tammy is a licensed art therapist, this is not therapy or coaching. Our work blends intuitive guidance, energetic healing, spiritual integration, and practical support on a human level. We focus on helping you access your soul's wisdom already within you rather than creating dependency on a practitioner.

Is this only for people who are struggling?
No. Some members come for healing and support, while others are light workers, healers, or space holders who want ongoing nourishment and refinement of their gifts. Our Group Healing Memberships support both restoration and expansion.
What happens during live calls?
After you sign up, your account will be created which grants access to the Healing Groups. You will receive a welcome email with instructions. Then you will be able to join monthly calls from your computer or phone by either logging in to your account or by following the link in the reminder email you will receive each month.
Recharge: You join us online the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00pm CT. All you need to do is say hi in the chat and then find a comfortable place to relax. Make sure to have some water and protein before the call. Clearing, setting space and healing will begin before the call, we will welcome everyone into the group and begin the formal healing. We start promptly at 6:00pm CT. Relax and allow, knowing the divine is holding you in a deep healing space.
Elevate: Everything above applies, but you join us online the third Wednesday on the month at 6:00pm CT. Say hi in the chat and ask any questions you would like as we gather. The divine always guides us to where we need to go next. We may answer questions, offer intuitive guidance, teach about a specific topic (which you can request and we will add to the list), or follow a divinely guided meditation just for the group in that moment, or? The divine is full of surprises and miracles, so come with an open mind, a willingness to move past whatever is holding you back, and an openness to reconnect to your soul self.
What if I can't attend live?
Online healing sessions are not recorded. This is because the healing is offered in the moment. By accessing past recordings, you would be accessing past energy and not staying in the new frequency.
Rest assured, as a member, you will always be included for clearings and healings whether or not you are on the live call. This can be just as powerful.
Will I receive individual attention?
Recharge: This is group work. Each person is in their own healing cocoon and receives exactly what they need, but here is no individual support in Recharge.
Elevate: While this is a group space, there are opportunities for live Q&A, occasional personalized intuitive support, and spotlight healings.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because of the personal care, preparation, and hands-on involvement Tammy and Lisa bring to every gathering, all memberships are non-refundable.
If at any point Group Healings no longer feel aligned with your needs, you’re welcome to cancel your monthly membership at any time. While we would miss you, the door is always open and you’re welcome to return whenever the timing feels right.
Our annual membership is offered at a discounted rate for those who feel ready to commit to a full year of growth. Because of this reduced pricing and shared commitment, annual plans are non-cancelable and non-refundable for the duration of the year.
What if Awestruck Healing Arts, LLC needs to cancel?
In the event of a power outage, illness or schedule change and Awestruck healing Arts, LLC needs to cancel, the Healing Group will be rescheduled.
