Sacred Group Healing, From Home — Guided by Source

When hearts gather in sacred intention, a living field of coherence forms — the nervous system softens, the heart opens, and the body remembers how to restore itself. It's a space to exhale...to be supported...and to remember you don't have to do this alone.

All gatherings are from the comfort of your home. This is not Reiki or attunement-based work. Our approach is direct, Source-guided healing that restores rather than adds or attaches anything new.

We meet LIVE online every first and third Wednesday at 6:00pm CT for two distinct experiences:

First Wednesday — Receiving Circle
Come as you are and simply receive. No process. No effort. No self-healing work required. Just rest in the field while we hold the space and the healing moves for you.

Third Wednesday — Guided Healing & Activation
A more interactive experience with focused themes, teachings, and guided energetic activations. These sessions include intentional transmissions and practices designed to help you consciously participate in your healing and reconnect with your original wholeness.

Tier 1: Receive

Come exactly as you are and allow yourself to simply rest. These sessions are designed for effortless healing — no focus, process, or self-work required. We hold the field for you so your body and spirit can soften, regulate, and restore naturally. Whether you're carrying physical discomfort, emotional weight, or spiritual fatigue, you don't have to navigate it alone. This is a place to set everything down and be supported without effort or expectation. Come sit, lie down, breathe… and see what begins to change.

Receive (Tier 1) is a good fit for you if...

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the AHA Sanctuary, exactly?
Awestruck Healing Arts (AHA) Sanctuary is an ongoing healing membership and sacred community space where you receive regular energetic healing, support, teachings, and spiritual work. It’s designed to help you stay balanced, connected, and growing — not just during sessions, but in your everyday life.

We offer three tier levels, hoping that one will be the perfect fit for you. Tier 1 (Receive) is just for receiving energetic healing once per month. Tier 2 (Align) includes two live calls, support and resources. Tier 3 (Integrate) involves more advanced teachings and work. 
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
Even though Tammy is a licensed art therapist, this is not therapy or coaching. Our work blends intuitive guidance, energetic healing, spiritual integration, and practical support. We focus on helping you access the intelligence already within you rather than creating dependency on a practitioner.

If you need medical and/or mental health care please contact the appropriate health care providers.
Is this only for people who are struggling?
No. Some members come for healing and support, while others are light workers, healers, or space holders who want ongoing nourishment and refinement of their gifts. The Sanctuary supports both restoration and expansion.
What happens during live calls?
Tier 1 (Receive) is a monthly group call to simply receive healing energy.

Tiers 2 (Align) and 3 (Integrate) may include teachings, guided practices, energetic clearing or healing work, Q&A, and time for connection. We follow what feels most supportive for the group in that moment, so each call is responsive and alive rather than rigidly structured.
What if I can't attend live?
Tier 1 (Receive) monthly healing sessions are not recorded. As a member, you will always be included for clearings and healings whether or not you are on the live call. 

All teaching calls for Tiers 2 (Align) and 3 (Integrate) are recorded and added to the replay library, so you can participate in your own time and still receive the benefits. If you are a member, attending live or not you will still receive healing and transformative energy. 
Will I receive individual attention?
While this is a group space, there are opportunities for live Q&A, occasional personalized intuitive support, and member-only access to 1:1 sessions with Tammy depending on which tier you join. 
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because of the personal care, preparation, and hands-on involvement Tammy and Lisa bring to every gathering, all memberships are non-refundable.

If at any point the AHA Sanctuary no longer feels aligned with your needs, you’re welcome to cancel your monthly membership at any time. While we would miss you, the door is always open and you’re welcome to return whenever the timing feels right.

Our annual membership is offered at a discounted rate for those who feel ready to commit to a full year of growth and community. Because of this reduced pricing and shared commitment, annual plans are non-cancelable and non-refundable for the duration of the year.
